We're committed to championing zero-waste practices by rescuing foods that would otherwise be discarded by local suppliers and distributors.
Our menu blends traditional and modern French cuisine, offering a refined selection of recipes that are predominantly plant-focused, but not exclusively plant-based. Dishes such as fresh mushroom broth with citrus ‘caviar’ and poached cod garlic fudge sit alongside beloved classics like sea bass ceviche and smoked entrecote. And for those with sweet cravings, be sure not to overlook Head Chef Bryce Steba's signature dessert: the tantalising caramelised orange peel.
